To process your wholesale information request, we need a little more info from you.
As soon as we receive the form completed it its entirety, we can assign a user ID and password that will allow you to access our wholesale website. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask!

Q. Do you offer drop shipping?
A. We do not offer drop shipping; multiple shipping addresses are only permitted if you have multiple store front locations.
Q. What payment terms does The Original Cult accept?
A. Domestic customers may use COD Cash, credit card, COD company check, or Net 30 terms. Company check will be approved only after a satisfactory credit application is submitted. A credit application will be sent to you when requesting your preferred payment method. Net 30 terms are factored through CIT group. International customers may use wire transfer, or credit card. All international customers must also submit a 20% deposit for open orders. Please note, credit card customers incur a 2% processing fee.
Q. At this time I only have an EBay store; do I qualify as a wholesale customer?
A. EBay stores are not given wholesale privileges, only independent web stores with a business license are considered for wholesale privileges.
Q. Do you have dollar or quantity minimums?
A. Our minimum order for new customers is $1,000 USD. This first order may be split into multiple shipments and payment is not due until the time of shipping. Both existing and new customers are required to order 4 units per style of the same color. The four units may be the size scale of your choice. After your first order, you are welcome to replenish your inventory as needed.
Q. How long is the turnaround time from placing my order to receiving goods?
A. Delivery depends on what your order. We produce four seasonal collections per year plus core styles, and we pre sell collections up to 7 months in advance. There are always styles from the current season and closeouts for immediate delivery. Since our production cuts are relatively small and styles tend to sell out, you are encouraged to place pre orders for future seasons.
Q. What are your retail price guidelines?
A. Our suggested retail prices can be found on our retail website and are also our suggested retail prices for our wholesale customers. It is important our wholesale customers follow this guide on all non-closeout styles. This protects the worth of the brand.
Q. Am I able to use the photos from your websites for my store or website?
A. After you are approved as a wholesale customer you will receive the guidelines for using our photos.
