Core groups vs. collections
We create four seasonal collections per year- Spring, Summer, Fall, and Holiday. Collection groups are put into production one time only, and orders are fulfilled in a first come, first served basis. These collections can be pre-ordered several months in advance at trade shows and on our wholesale website. Because of our limited production runs, and the fact that styles tend to sell out, customers are strongly advised to place pre-orders for upcoming seasons’ lines to avoid missing out on these styles.
Our core groups are our staple lines that are constantly being remade. These styles are usually in stock for immediate delivery, and can be re-ordered as needed. Core groups can also be pre-ordered if immediate inventory is not available.
In stock styles vs. pre-ordering
We offer a huge selection of in stock goods that are available for immediate delivery. Our wholesale website shows current inventory for all styles, and is updated daily.
We also offer a huge selection of groups for upcoming seasons’ lines. Customers are encouraged to place pre-orders to reserve items for their stores, as styles tend to sell out before they become available to ship. Pre-ordering is a great way for stores to plan their inventory and merchandising months in advance. Payment is not required until goods ship; international customers are only required to pay a 20% deposit when the order is placed.
Order minimum
Our order minimum for new customers is $1,000 USD. This first order may be split into multiple shipments and payment is not due until the time of shipping. Both existing and new customers are required to order 4 units per style of the same color. The four units may be the size scale of your choice. After your first order, you are welcome to replenish your inventory as needed. If ordering closeout merchandise, a minimum of 12 units is required to complete your order, styles may be assorted.
How to place an order
- Click on the image of the desired season for which you are buying. You may also download the seasons’ line sheet, by clicking on the “line sheet” link.
- After clicking on your desired season, choose from the following groups offered on the left menu.
- Images will appear in the middle of the screen to show what options are available for your chosen group. You may click on any of the images to take you directly to that item’s page. Once at this page, you can view the item’s availability, color and size options, and various pictures of the item.
- An online order form is provided on the item’s page to allow you to manually type in your desired quantity. If an item comes in more than one color, multiple colors will appear on this form.
- Once you have typed in your desired quantities, click on the ‘Update Order’ tab at the bottom of the size chart. This will bring you to another window where you have the option to ‘Update’ or ‘Submit’ your order, or Continue Shopping.
- If you decide that you are ready to ‘Submit’ your order, simply click on the ‘Submit’ tab. This action will bring you to a different page to verify your shipping and billing address, and will also ask you for your preferred order options. This page will also verify the merchandise, quantity, and colors of your order. If everything looks fine, simply click on ‘Submit This Order’, if not you can click on the ‘change quantities’ to update your order.
- If you decide to continue shopping, you will be brought back to the last item’s page. You can continue to shop for other items by clicking on the groups on the left side of the page.
- While you are shopping around, you may reference your active order, as well as your previous order by clicking on the drop down menu titled ‘Select’. This drop down menu will allow you to view your previous orders, as well as your current order. For any reason, if you need a new/empty shopping cart, you may select the ‘New’ option within the drop down menu.
- You may also create your own reference number to refer to your order when shopping on the website. You may do this by typing any set of numbers or letters in the box titled, “REF #”. This will allow you to use your own terms to refer to your orders.
- You may also shop for a specified group by typing in key words to limit your search, within the “Search” box. For instance, if you would like to shop for “pants” simply type in “pants” and all of the pants made by us will appear.
- Once you are finished shopping and have completely and properly submitted your order, you will receive an emailed order confirmation right after your order has been submitted.
After your order has been placed
After your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation through email from our wholesale site. If you do not receive your email confirmation, please contact your sales representative. If you have any other questions, you can also contact your sales representative.
Delivery times
Delivery times depend on what you order. In stock goods, including closeouts, are available for immediate delivery. Collections groups may be pre-ordered up to 7 months in advance and will ship when available.
Seasons’ line sheets
Our line is divided by brand and season. All of our current seasons’ lines can be viewed on our wholesale site, and are listed under ‘Catalogs’ from the main page. Seasons are listed from newest to oldest, and line sheets are very easy to download.
